safer-sex-undies-on

Hi #GYNEGirls and #Preggos!

It’s Dr. DRAI- I’m back. It’s 5ish AM and I’m lying in my bed listening to 90s music on my iPHONE – Pandora of course. Guess what popped up? The hit song ‘Let’s Talk About Sex’ by SALT ‘N’ PEPA. You know the Lyrics! Sing with me … “Let’s talk about sex, baby. Let’s talk about you and me. Let’s talk about all the good things And the bad things that may be. Let’s talk about sex. Let’s talk about sex.” I love this HIT!! It’s my JAM! This is something that you girlies talk to me about on a DAILY basis. You ladies love SEX- AND there’s nothing wrong with that!

Let me inform you of the BAD THINGS.

Just to let you know, there are more than 20 million cases of STIs (Sexually Transmitted Infections- we don’t say diseases anymore) each year here in the U.S. AND half are among those ages 15-24. The college years!!! You all know that you slipped up at least once when you were that age. Sit down for this one PLEASE! Right now, there are more than 110 million STIs (NEW and OLD) among men and women across the nation. WOW! WOW! WOW.com! Let’s remember ladies that you can’t get rid of some STIs with a pill or a shot- HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Genital Warts (HPV), and Genital Herpes (HSV).

POP QUIZ: I use to hate these in school.

Question: Do you know what STI is the most common? Answer: HPV, so get vaccinated!

It doesn’t matter what type of sex you are having – ORAL, VAGINA, or ANAL- you got to wear a condom AND make him keep his undies on so you don’t get the uncurables- HSV and HPV. I have a medical “T” video about that- see below and WATCH & SHARE IT!

Ladies, these days the boys are tricky- they pretend the condom doesn’t fit, they don’t have one, or they put holes in it to TRAP you.

WATCH THEM! You got to have your own stash. FYI – I know some of you ladies are using Dildos, Vibrators, or other Toys (anal beads). What? Don’t blush! Where do you think I get my topics from? YOU! YOU! YOU! Don’t share them AT ALL AND put a condom ON YOUR TOYS! Just because you are married doesn’t mean you are out of the clear in the voice of NeNe: Hunni! Beware!

Ladies, all the ladies, louder now, help me out. Come on, all the ladies, let’s talk about sex, alright. Ladies, all the ladies, louder now, help me out. Come on, all the ladies, let’s talk about sex, alright. I’m up doing the KID and Play! Don’t act like you don’t know what that is! SafER sex- CONDOM PLUS UNDIES- is the ONLY way to have sex.
